Shockinator, not to be confused with the item mixed with chemicals, is a Supervillain added with the new Crime Wave pack on 20 February 2015.
Threat Level: Villain
He uses all lightning Super Power Cards, so using two muscle (one of which doing at least 1 damage) cards back and forth should be an easy way to defeat him.
