During Carnival, you can obtain this item from playing the Brutal Bounce, which replaced the Bouncy House. This is the "Ultimate Prize" that you can win in Brutal Bounce. It replaces your fist when you punch, shooting black lightning bolts with red lining instead of your regular fist. There is also small balls of fire wherever you pointed it at, much like the Edvoid's Fire-Nado's trail. It also grant's you the Flame Scythe mod which allows you to break blocks faster, much like the Enhanced Digging mod. This item was sponsored by iFlySolo and GhostEgo.
The Black Lightning is very similar to Atomic Shadow Scythe or @AtomicShadow's "Mod item".
