Comet Dust spawns in worlds with many people during the Night Of The Comet and by collecting 200 Comet Dust, it will merge into a Starseed.
Comet Dust spawns in the world if the world has 2 or more players every 5 minutes (in worlds with more than 60 people). The rate of spawning decreases exponentially from there. It spawns randomly around the world like Fireworks and Magic Eggs.
If you collect a Comet Dust, you will get an achievement "Sparkly Dust".
After you consuming 200 Comet Dust, you will obtain a Starseed. and will get an achievement "We Are All Stardust".
