This item works in the same way as the Bulletin Board, the only difference being the graphics. The item was added on August 9th as part of Player Appreciation Week.
Note that the base of the Guestbook resembles the base of the Pillar.
People with access to the Guestbook can remove individual messages since Player Appreciation Week 2015.
