The Winter Scarf is a splicable chest item which was added as part of the Growtokens! update on March 30, 2014.

Function

Equipping the Buckskin Hood, Buckskin Jacket, Buckskin Pants, and Winter Scarf allows the player to create Mega-Pellet Bait from Frozen Chunks.

Due to not being able to be spliced outside of WinterFest, the Winter Scarf could only be obtained from purchasing a Rare Clothes Pack until WinterFest 2014.
The phrase tres chic in the item's description means very stylish.
