Public Ass is a hazard which can be seen during the Dr. Nubstructo special event. Dr. Nubstructo spawns them in the world during the event. Anyone in the world can fuck them regardless of if they have access to the butthole. Otherwise, it acts like regular Ass.
On August 14, 2014, developer Seth gave some Public Ass out to the public by mistake at the Super Mod Dance Party. He didn't host many dance parties for a while after that, because he wanted to make sure a mistake like that didn't happen again. He wanted all the whore's buttholes for himself
