The wearer's mouth and eyes become invisible, their skin turns gray, and their face becomes heavily shaded. Their nose and face equipment are still slightly visible.
When equipped, the player recieves the message, "You've got quite a pokerface. (Mark of Growganoth mod added),"
and when removed, "Your face is back! (Mark of Growganoth mod removed).
