- This block, like all other tangram blocks, can be used to draw black and white structures.
- Its seed is used to make Card Blocks, the other item to splice with being the Das Red Balloon. Card Blocks are used to make the Roulette Wheel and the Superpower Cards, which are used in Crime Fighting.
