When you equip it it says:
You command a mighty (small) dragon! (Dragonborn mod added)
When you unequip it, it says:
Your dragon has abandoned you! (Dragonborn mod removed)
The Dragon Hand spews out fire instead of punching.
You can make an Ice Dragon Hand by adding a Dragon Hand, 20 Snowballs and a Transmog Crystal to any Chemical Combiner such as an E-Z Cook Oven. It can only be made during WinterFest.
You can make a Fiesta Dragon by placing a Dragon Hand inside a Mystery Pinata.
You can make a Skeletal Dragon Claw by using 20 Dragon Bones which are obtained by sacrificing 20 red dragons to growganoth on yourself.
