When equipped, the Personal Storm Cloud grants the Double-Jump: Personal Storm Cloud mod, which allows the player to jump a second time in mid-air.
Trivia
- Personal Storm Cloud may be inspired by Zeus the Thundercloud in Japanese manga and anime series of One Piece. Both Zeus and Personal Storm Cloud is based on cumulonimbus with a smiling face, that turns dark with red eyes and shoots lightning when angry.
- It's the first item in Growtopia that's based on Big Mom / Charlotte Linlin, the second item is Scarf of Prometheus.
