When equipped, the Growby grants the Growby : Punch Range mod, which allows the player to punch one tile further. It will also summon a Growby pet which will folow the player around. Additionally, it will replace the player's punching animation with shooting laser.

• The Growby's appearance is a reference to Furby, an American electronic robotic toy that was originally released in 1998 by Tiger Electronics.
