When equipped, it grants the Double Jump & Slowfall : Grow Air Balloon mod, which allows the player to jump for a second time in mid-air and glide slowly to the ground when holding the jump button. Players can change the appearance by equipping and unequipping them, similar to the Diamond Horns.
