When equipped, this item grants the Double Jump: Crown of the Cosmos mod, which allows the player to jump for a second time in mid-air.

Crown of the Cosmos was the first IOTM which had its price increased to 350,000 Gems (previously 200,000 Gems).
Painting yourself on a Portrait while wearing Crown of the Cosmos will show the aura from it.
