Consuming a Winter Wish Wand automatically increases one's amount of wishes by 300.

Trivia

During WinterFest 2020, players who had their Wish meter bar reset to 0 due to a glitch were compensated with a Winter Wish Wand after Support has confirmed the claim to be valid.
