The Balrog's Tail is a hand item introduced during the Spelunkorama Strikes Back! update. It is a rare drop from exploding a Pure Magic Ore using Mining Explosives.

When equipped, it grants the Punch Power: Balrog's Tail mod which allows the player to punch other players further while replacing the player's fist into golden slashes when punching.
