The Sniper Rifle is a hand item that was added as part of Time-Tossed! update. There is a chance to get it by doing Chemsynth during the pandemic.

When equipped, it grants the Punch Range: Snipeshot mod which extends the player's punch range by 1 block without decreasing their punch damage, It also replaces the player's punching animation to shooting bullets when punching.
