Vile Vial - Lupus is an unsplicable consumable which was added as part of the Blocktor's Orders! update.

 You've been infected with lupus!

When consumed, the player will receive the Lupus malady mod for 12 hours, which can be cured through a successful surgery. Should the malady get cured, both players—the surgeon and patient—will receive a prize.
