Vile Vial - Lupus is an unsplicable consumable which was added as part of the Blocktor's Orders! update. One has a chance to be obtained as a bonus reward from completing a WOLFWORLD.

 You've been infected with lupus!

When consumed, the player will receive the Lupus malady for 12 hours which another player needs to cure by doing a Surgery on to remove the effect awarding the player and the patient a prize.
