Vile Vial - Fatty Liver is an unsplicable consumable which was added as part of the Blocktor's Orders! update.

 You've been infected with fatty liver!

When consumed, the player will receive the Fatty Liver malady mod for 12 hours, which can be cured through a successful surgery. Should the malady get cured, both players—the surgeon and patient—will receive a prize.
