The Irridated mod is granted when the player finds a radioactive item via a Geiger Counter. It prevents the user from using a Geiger Counter to find radioactive items.
The Uranium Necklace is the only item that grants the Irridated mod, while finding a radioactive item grants the user the mod for 30 minutes.
