The Mjolnir is an unsplicable hand item which was added as part of the Treasure Hunt update on January 2, 2019.

When equipped, the Mjolnir grants the Punch Damage : Mjolnir mod, which allows the player to break blocks faster. Moreover, it constantly produces crackling sound effects and a thunderclap sound and visual effect when punching.
