 Doubles how much a Tree Decoration decorates a Giving Tree.

When consumed, this item grants Food: Tree Decoration food buff mod for 30 minutes, which gives the player a 25% chance of putting 1 additional Tree Decorations on a Giving Tree without using up any from their inventory.
