Function
A Dark Snowy Cave Background may either act as a dark background block or a light source block when placed.
As a dark background block, a Dark Snowy Cave Background enshrouds the tile it is placed on in darkness. Meanwhile, as a light source block, it may provide light to neighboring dark tiles when placed. In a similar manner, a player can illuminate their dark surroundings by equipping certain light source clothes. The Night Vision Goggles disregards darkness completely.
