Etheral Rainbow Dragon is a chest item that was released as part of the Stuff! Update. It can be obtained as an ultimate prize from the Spiky Survivor Carnival game. When equipped, the dragon and its flames constantly change color in a similar style to the Shifty Block.
Trivia
- It is possible to equip another pet item and still have the rainbow flames shoot out of the new pet which is equipped.
