Upon consumption, it will give you one Valentine's Dust, and a random person online in the game will obtain a Golden Booty Chest in their inventory, in addition to having around 5 Valentine's Dust spawn randomly in their world. When this even is triggered for you, there will be a popup saying that [Username] "has a secret admirer".
