When equipped, this item grants the player the Cold Embrace! mod, which reduces damage from lava pain blocks by 50%.
Trivia
- The Ice Serpent Scarf's appearance features serpent flicking its tongue; whilst its tongue doesn't appear, a tail will be visible on the other side.
