The Demented Cowl is a hair clothing item, introduced during Halloween Week 2017.
In order to make the Demented Cowl, 100 Pumpkin Candy must be consumed with the following items in the inventory (note that upon making the Demented Cowl, only the Pumpkin Candies will be consumed; the following items in your inventory will stay there and NOT disappear):
Trivia
When walking through the Looming Shadows, it will not kill the player. Instead, it will add an effect to the dark part of the hood, ranging from a purple skull, to a red eye.
