Haunted Pants are pants which summons a pet ghost, which like normal Ghosts, can only be seen with Spectral Goggles or a Synthetic Oculum.
Trivia
When equipped with Perilous Pirate Ship it will make a glitch thats makes the ghost bigger and can be seen without Spectral Goggles. This glitch will continue even if the player unequip Perilous Pirate Ship. This glitch will persist as long as the player doesn't unequip the Haunted Pants
