The Stone Spear is an unsplicable hand item which was added as part of the Growassic Park update on October 7, 2016.

You got a spear, so toss it.

Enough of that

When equipped, the Stone Spear grants the Throwing Spear mod, which allows the player to punch one tile further. It will also replace the player's punching animation with a spear.
