This item was added with Harvest Festival 2016. It is obtainable from Sheeps which can be harvested once per 3 days. 100 Wool makes Wool Bolts which is used in Sewing.
Wool bolts are used to make most of the newer items that came in the Night of the Sewing Dead event, or Festive Sweaters.
