Rubber Boots are feet items which can be obtained from an exploded SSU. While this item is equipped, the player is immune from being slimed by only regular Ghosts and not Mind Ghosts, Ghost Sharks, or Ghost of Winterfest Past.
Obtaining
The SSU can drop these boots when exploded if its percentage ranges from 105% to 195%. However, SSUs with higher percentages can still drop them if they are supposed to explode between those numbers.
