The Ninja Mask is a splicable hair item which has been added since Growtopia's release.
Function
 Silent, invisible, deadly.

When equipped, it grants the player the Ninja Stealth mod, which makes the wearer's body translucent.
Trivia
- The rest of the Ninja clothes, Ninja Vest, Ninja Tights, and Ninja Slippers, don't give the Ninja Stealth mod.
- Some players think its weird since its a hair item when it actually must be a hat item.
