The Icy Axe Blade is a obtainable item which is obtainable by combining 100 Tempered Axe Fragments found in Growch when breaking trees in Growch. It will use your Icy Heart Of Winter. Two of them combined with Grip Tape and a Steel Axe Handle can create Axe Of Winter. To forge it you will need an Anvil and a Forge.
