The Foxy Hat is one of the new items added on The Cinco De Mayo 2015 Update. It has a rare chance of being awarded by the great burro for smashing an Ultra Pinata while wearing a Lucky Pinata Hat. It looks much like the Ringmaster Hat, With the difference being the yellow line on it.
