The Reindeer Bell is a special limited edition item that has been distributed during WinterFest. It is obtained by breaking Snowy Rocks. There's only 1500 of these leashes in the game. However, some of them were converted into the Magic Reindeer Bell. So there are less than 1500 leashes in the game. Since the WinterFest 2015, a few more Reindeer Bells have been released. But now they may be more than 1000 of the leashes due to an update.
