It is one of the Halloween-corrupted variants of the Magnifying Glass, the other being the Electro Magnifying Glass.
When equipped, it grants the Fiery Pet mod. Have extra chance to drop more items or seeds for fire-related items. While different from an Ice Calf Leash and Penguin Leash which grants the Icy Pet mod while equipped and gives extra drop from any ice-related items.
