The Ice Calf Leash is a splicable pet hand item which was added as part of Halloween Week 2014 on October 30, 2014.
Function
 Your little friend blasts ice beams.

When equipped, a blue calf pet appears and follows the player around. Moreover, this item grants the Icy Pet mod, which replaces the player's punch with ice beams fired from the calf's mouth.
