The Ring of Winds is one of the 6 rings that can be obtained by doing certain quests from the Ringmaster. Achieving the Ring of Winds is not that easy. It may be, But for some not.

Equipping said ring will give a fancy bundle of clouds coming and going, similar to the clouds when punching blocks and when moderators exit a world. When equipped its gives the Parasol effect.
