I realize that all mod items have their own mods, but it's still good to have a page where people can locate every single mod item in the game; as opposed to only being able to find items with specific mods. So having the generic (Mod Items) category is still important, there's no need to remove that.

The same goes for clothing in general. While it is nice to have a page where you can find pants, a page for shirts, a page for hair, it is also good to have a page that has ALL clothing and hand items listed, regardless of what part of the body they are on. This is what the (Equipment) category is for.
