This item can only be obtained by completing one of the BLARNEY worlds and kissing the Blarney Stone. It is only available during St. Patrick's Week. You can obtain one pebble per world per day. If you manage to obtain all blarney pebbles from the different BLARNEY worlds, you will obtain a Lucky Horseshoe. After you collected 10 Blarney Pebbles, you can create Pet Leprechaun by using Pebbles on yourself, this will also give you the "Little Green Man" Achievement.
If you use less than 10 on yourself, a message will appear, saying: "Legend says that you need 10 Blarney Pebbles!"
