The Yeonnalligi only can be spliced during WinterFest. It looks like a kite. To splice you need a Blue Portal seed and an Orange Portal seed. Worths 25-30 World Locks during WinterFest and worths 30-40 World Locks after WinterFest. (not accurate) It may get to its lowest price after it becomes 50days after the winter fest (when every tree that didnt use sprays get harvested). Its name is korean (연날리기) and yeonnaligi is what it just pronounce in English version. This item caused orange portal and blue portal to increase their price incrediblely in winter fest. At the time when yeonnaligi was released, (growch level 9) blue portal was up to 15 wls.
