The Ambulance is an unsplicable feet item which was added as part of the Growtopia General Hospital update on November 22, 2013.
Function

When equipped, the Ambulance grants the Speedy mod, which allows the player to move faster on land. It plays a short siren sound once while the lights at the back of the ambulance blink blue and red alternately, emitting smokes at the back.
Trivia
- The Ambulance is one of the two clothes that will play a siren sound when the player equips the item, the second item is Fire Truck.
