The Ambulance is an unsplicable feet item which was added as part of the Growtopia General Hospital (update) on November 21, 2013.

When equipped, it grants the Speedy mod which allows the player to move faster on land. It plays a short siren sound once while the lights at the back of the ambulance blink blue and red alternately, emitting smokes at the back.
