"Devils" are special item from Halloween. These wings provides the ability to double jump. They're very rare as you can only create them once every year during Halloween.

This item can't be spliced.
This item never drops any seeds.
Additional Info:
The Devil Wings are made by clicking on the player with a stack of four Devil Wing Fragments. Devil wing fragments can be obtained by dropping Angel Wings into the Growganoth, but EACH Angel Wings ONLY give one fragment.
