The Sigil Of K'Tesh is a special Halloween Week consumables which allows players to teleport directly to the maw, bypassing the parkour. The item does not count for the Growganoth's Game Daily Challenge if used.
When used in a non-Growganoth world it says: "The sigil fizzles... try using it near Growganoth!"
