The weather machines were released with the Dragon Hand on Aug. 3rd. Three other machines, Weather Machine - Sunny, Weather Machine - Night, and Weather Machine - Rainy City all work the same. When it's turned on it will flash and transform the background to an arid desert. This is a permanent item and is never lost upon removal.
