When equipped, the Neptune's Armor grants the Speedy in Water + Punch Damage: Neptune's Armor mod, which allows the player to swim faster on water and break blocks faster.
The player must deliver 1 of this item as part of Step 16 in the Quest For The Sky. As an alternative, 1 Golden Dragon Statue may be utilized.
