Phoenix Hair is an unsplicable hair item that was introduced during SummerFest 2019. It's a rare chance to be obtained from using a Super Fireworks. There's only a limited number of 500 in-game.
Wearing the hair will grant the player Double-Jump: Ethernal Flame mod. Allowing the player to jump again in mid air.
