Vile Vial - Lupus is an unsplicable consumable which was added as part of the Blocktor's Orders! update. One has a chance to be obtained as a bonus reward from completing a WOLFWORLD.

 You've been infected with lupus!

 You no longer have lupus!

When consumed, the player will receive the Lupus malady mod for 12 hours which can be cured (or removed) from a successful surgery on the player with the malady. Both players, the surgeon and patient will receive a prize too.
