Vile Vial - Lupus is an unsplicable consumable which was added as part of the Blocktor's Orders! update. One has a chance to be obtained as a bonus reward from completing a WOLFWORLD.

You may be rewarded Howly Hat aswell as Mean Wolf Block for curing the Lupus malady.
